Meet our Interim Board Co-Chairs
As the leader for the Green Team at DIRTT Environmental Solutions, I cultivate trusted relationships with clients and mentor a group of smart professionals—engineers, environmentalists and project managers. I recently spearheaded a state-of-the-art assessment of the company’s environmental footprint. The Green Team used the results to identify ways to save millions of dollars annually on material purchases and through process improvements—proof that footprint reductions go hand-in-hand with economic benefits.
Outside the office I’m an ambassador for sustainability, giving presentations across North America for the USGBC, CaGBC, AIA, IDCEC and other venues. I mentor young professionals and support a variety of community initiatives. I am the Chair of the Advisory Committee, Green Building Technology Centre at SAIT; a co-founder of the Biomimicry Network of Alberta; and co-founder and co-chair, Alberta Chapter, ISSP.
